It's fast. I mean the passage of Time really is... fast. Well, I remember having a farewell lunch with my CO where I was gingerly tucking into the Risotto Of The Day at Prego's. Then I was, A freshly minted NSman, excited but still apprehensive all the same at his impending prospects. Very soon later, I blew a sizeable hole in my pocket on my new Computer. In response to the rather big piece of burning action in my pocket, I naturally did some adjustments to my finances to ensure that I remain fiscally in the black.
But. But, that was thrown out of the window on the dawn of the 18th of December. I mean I couldn't be so unsporting enough as to coop myself at home when Zhiwei finally came back after a long period of absence right? I am a good friend.*Nods in agreement. Yes, indeed I am one. Yet privately, I wonder if this matter anymore since he's got himself a deer, no? Yes, a dear i mean of course. Well, 重色轻友 and it's not hard to imagine right? Picture this... Someone obviously besotted, constantly rubbing and twirling his ring whilst he's at Down Under. Trying to pull off an Aladdin, I suppose.
Okay, enough of 聊斋already. Mr poor me managed to spend both the eves of Christmas and New Year at home. That's rather an unparalleled record I think. Anyway, I am thinking a lot about myself- how I stand as an individual and how others feel about me etc etc. In other words, a mental stocktaking. I am going to hit 21 soon and if it isn't time for me to do a midpoint review followed by a shakeup, I wouldn't know when I should be. When it starts snowing in Ang Mo Kio, maybe.
I got myself a hashedup character analysis along with some New Year resolutions too! Heh. Let's see how things turn how shall we?
