I was going about my uneventful task of getting a takeaway yesterday when a cool breeze caught me in its midst. It was soothing and relaxing. I suddenly realised that it was indeed a very long time since my conscious self was allowed to be at spiritual ease. And i found it again, beckoning from the breeze, in the face literally.I took a deep breath in and was amazed at how rich and invigorating the air was. There seems to be something magical about the whole place that evening. Someone must have draped the suburb with a soft velvet cloth because even the most harsh looking building as far as i can see was exuding a dreamy quality.
And there i was, pleased and delighted with the evening. Spiritual tranquility and a cool weather minus harsh sunlight, I definitely had a spring in my step that evening.
Embedded is a song that can really describe my feelings then. Unfortunately, i couldn't source succesfully for a Kermit the Frog cover. Not to say that The Carpenters aren't worthy of course! Ja ~
