Did you go O_O when you seen my title?? Well, you ought to be. After all, it's not very common for people to do combat with rodents. HAHA... rofl...roll into Marina Bay and collided with a Duck Tours amphibious vehicle. +_+ But no mistakes about it, it was an all out war with the pesky rodents. In the first place, i do not really know why Micky and friends chose to colonise Mt Barebones because, our own cupboards here would really make Old Mother Hubbard's look like a hypermart in comparison...
And so this is what we did. One rich fella forked out the bucks to get the mousetraps, 2 to be precise. It is no joke when rats traverse the corridor as if it was one rodent expressway. So the whole bunch of us gathered and convened a war council. Right... And then we started discussion on the choice of bait. Contrary to popular perception, no cheese came into our consideration. In the end, we unanimously agreed on the humble Mentos Dragee! Lame right?? Haha...
The first strategy that we adopted was the "wait and see" strategem. We did our "system hookup" and deployed the mousetraps at places where we suppose Mickey and friends will frequent. We actually got to our feet and paced the entire floor, pretending to be like rodents. *Imagine you're a rodent, where on earth will you scurry to? Haha, many crappy jokes surfaced during this hilarious process.
Our minimal efforts paid off. At the crack of dawn, our advance scout spotted 2 "prisoners of war" locked up already... One of my mates actually let out a devilish laughter upon seeing the seemingly innoculous rodents. Then we did the unthinkable... *Censored* *Censored* *Censored* before someone mustered the courage to dispose of the poor little fella. I must say that the floor directly in contact with the mousetraps remains permanently discoloured till now, much like a visible bomb crater after a explosion. So well, you can imagine...
So from then on, we all became war veterans and strange enough, no rodents disturb us anymore ever since our first combat action... heehee
