Sports for life...

As you know people, i just came back from an extremely enjoyable chalet stay which unfortunately, went miles to ravage my health. Those incriminating times of eating and drinking... So, i got to restablish the initiative again. The initiative in the endless crusade against the FLAB!!

Let me unveil my war plan...*Clears throat. So in a typical week, my programme will run as follows:

Monday- Run 4km, 50 40 X Bicep curls, 50 Situps and 2 X 1 minute Superman (Mt Barebones)

Tuesday- Run 4km, 50 40 X Bicep curls, 50 Situps and 2 X 1 minute Superman (Mt Barebones)

Wednesday- 50 40 X Bicep curls

Thursday-Run 4km, 50 40 X Bicep curls, 50 Situps and 2 X 1 minute Superman (Mt Barebones)

Friday- Run 4km, 2X 20 Pushups

Saturday- Swim 20(Approximately?)laps

Sunday- Rest

Wahaha... The routine seems sound right??
