Oh my... My PES Status is ending next month and i have been directed to report to the Medical Centre half-an-hour later for a Medical Board Review. I wonder how the process will go. As far as my own opinion is concerned, i know my own body's condition better than anyone elso by an undeniable fact that it's my own body after all. And it's plain that i can't go back to a combat PES status- my legs can't take it...

If i were to be upgraded by some unfortunate circumstances, then i'm afraid to say that the upgrade would be a temporary decision after all. Simply because of the impending approach of Army Half Marathon.

Now now, Army Half Marathon by itself presents no formidable challenge to my condition but it merely worsens the already mind- boogling PT schedule for a typical week. Let's have a preview of the Battalion's PT schedule in anticipation of AHM Training.

Monday- Battalion 5km Run
Tuesday- Games
Wednesday- HLS 5km Run
Thursday- AHM Training (Increasing steadily from 5km to 21km with the passage of each week)
Friday- IPPT/IPPT Training

The bottomline of it all is that i actually don't find the activities draining stamina-wise but i have to face up to the fact that my legs cannot stand up to the de riguer of my Battalion's PT.

I don't want to worsen my injury anymore... I don't want to make my parents and friends worry anymore. If i could wish my condition away, i would have...

You know i would... Wouldn't you?
